Does this sound familiar?

If your dog barks, howls, paces, or panics the moment you close the front door, you already know how quickly it takes over everything.

Plans cancelled. The school run rushed. A trip to the shop turned into a logistics operation.

When you do go out, you're either bracing yourself for what you'll come home to, or you've spent half the morning organising a sitter just to make a normal afternoon possible.

Your world gets smaller and smaller.

Underneath all of it sits the constant weight of guilt. The worry. The frustration with yourself for not being able to fix it, even though you've tried so hard.

You've probably tried most of it already.

Kongs and licky mats. Crate training. Letting them cry it out. Long walks to tire them out. Slowly extending the time you're gone.

None of it stuck. And that isn't because you didn't do it right.

Separation anxiety isn't a behaviour problem. It's a fear response. A dog in genuine panic can't be distracted out of it, exercised out of it, or gradually conditioned out of it without the right structure underneath. That's why every quick fix eventually falls over.

The work that actually changes things is slower, quieter, and built around your specific dog. It's also the only kind that lasts.

The Specialist Separation Anxiety Support Programme

A structured, science-backed approach to helping your dog feel genuinely safe when you're not there.

Built one dog at a time. Around your dog's specific triggers, your routine, and what you're actually able to do day to day. Not a course. Not a template. A working partnership between us until your dog gets there.

What's inside the programme

A proper starting point

Before any training begins, we sit down together for a deep-dive consultation. Your dog's full history. What life looks like at home. What's been tried, what's working, what isn't. I'll watch your dog live in their own environment so I can see exactly where we're starting from, not just hear about it.

A plan built only for your dog

No templates. No copy-paste protocols. You'll get a clear, step-by-step training plan tailored specifically for your dog's situation, so you always know what you're doing today, this week, and next.

Daily eyes on your training

You record your daily training sessions, I review them, and you get feedback every day. We adjust the plan as your dog progresses, so you're never stuck repeating something that isn't working, and never pushing them forward before they're ready.

Direct access to me, not a chatbot or a course

Work directly with a qualified specialist who understands both the practical and emotional side. You will received unlimited WhatsApp support throughout the programme. When something happens at 7pm on a Sunday and you don't know what to do, you message me. You get a real person who knows your dog, not a forum and not a generic FAQ.

Scheduled 1:1 sessions

Regular virtual meetings where we talk through progress, troubleshoot, and look ahead. This is where the bigger picture work happens. Not just the training, but how you're coping with it too.

The training app

All your sessions, plans, and progress in one place. You can see how far your dog has come, hit milestones, and stay consistent without having to remember everything in your head.

Specialist support for complex cases

If your dog is dealing with chronic pain, ongoing health issues, or any kind of medical complexity alongside their anxiety, I've been there myself with my own dog Luna. The training has to flex around all of it. I know how to do that, and I know what it's like to live it.

Why this isn't like working with most trainers

Most separation anxiety help stops at the training. The protocols. The graphs. The minute you crossed the threshold today versus yesterday.

That's part of the work. But it isn't the whole picture, and if you've ever stayed up at midnight Googling whether your dog will be okay, you already know that.

Living with a dog who can't cope alone takes a toll on you too. The decisions you have to make. The events you turn down. The constant low-level worry that hums underneath everything else. I work with all of it. The dog, and the person carrying it.

If you'd like the longer version of why this matters to me, you can read about Luna and how we got here.

What this looks like when it's working

You leave the house without that knot in your stomach.

Your dog settles. Properly settles. Not white-knuckling it until you're back, actually relaxed.

You stop planning your week around their anxiety. You see friends and attend events again. You go to the appointment without rescheduling or finding a sitter.

Your life expands again and so does your dog's.

Spaces are kept deliberately limited. Working at this level, with this much access, means I can only take on a small number of dogs at a time. If now feels like the right moment for you, the next step is a free consultation.

Ready to start making progress?

A free consultation is a no-pressure conversation about your dog, what's been going on, and whether the programme is the right fit. I'll ask questions, listen properly, and tell you honestly what I think.

If you'd rather warm up with a message first, you can reach me on WhatsApp and we'll go from there.
